Frequent inappropriate comments are made about employees' bodies and clothing, contributing to a toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere. 9.The men in the R&D team often engage in inappropriate conversations, including casual discussions about sexual topics, which creates a highly uncomfortable environment for others. 10. The higher management is ineffective and fails to address or rectify any of these issues, making them a complete failure in their roles.
