      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, nice culture, smart people. Good working from home policy, great place to learn. Good engagement with leadership. Good leadership team that listens to problems and actions things. Teams allowed to drive quarterly goals. Fun place to work.

      Cons

      Need a better branding, content and marketing team. Too many goals and not enough focus in the past. Churn hasn’t been great at times.
