      Pros

      The industry is really interesting.

      Cons

      Salaries are not great. But mostly, leadership has completely lost it, slashing benefits left and right and just jumping on the AI train shipping half-functional features. There is an absurd amount of bureaucracy added, everything needs to be measurable and micromanaged and it's just not a joy to work.

      Strong Leadership at C-Level (low EGO) Depth of product and areas of investment/innovation Market tailwinds Very strong team (seems to raise the bar with each hire) Long-term mindset

      Cons

      Prague HQ means a natural lag on some processes in the US but good progress in removing dependencies

      Since we don't have, and never have had, a salesperson based in Jacksonville, FL, I will say i think this review is 'fake news'.
