Pros
Great place to learn and hone your skills. A lot of overtime available to supplement the base salary. Good schedule. Baseline benefits are provided. Great co-workers. Management is willing to supplement staffing as needed.
Cons
Not enough employees. Employees are overworked and the hourly wage is lower. High turnover which leads to inconsistent partners and lower experience for medic unit drivers. Management is overworked and are spread thin. Managers are not always available and easily accessible because of being used to staff field units.
