Worked for the subsidiary in Greece. Laid back attitude, no more than 9 hours/day, many benefits (insurance,company car, food allowance,mobile).
Cons
No actual work done. Feedback from bottom ranks not reaching high enough, No real motivation, many unfinished projects. Middle-high management changes too often and with grave impact to continuity of projects.
