- Good startup culture, with a lot of (sometimes too much) communication - Flexible and unlimited PTO - Full of superb and talented co-workers
Cons
- As mentioned, sometimes communicate a bit too much that decrease the efficiency of work - People tend to be nice, which means less direct in terms of giving criticized but valuable feedback to others - Sometimes with too much micro management
