1. No one in the management cares for the employees. 2. Developers are given unrealistic work with absolutely no work recognition. 3. TPM team is highly toxic. They will treat you as their slaves. They often abuse people and treat them like dogs. No one from the management is ready to listen to you. 4. There is no work recognition. You will end up working day and nights here, even on weekends and still no one will appreciate you. 5. Lots of favouritism. People are really bad here. They will drink alcohol and abuse you for things you are not even responsible for.
