- This is for Fluid especially, the B2B product of Pickyourtrail. - Great Learning, at least initially - Its a Startup so will learn to handle pressure and ship quickly. - Small team so lot of exposure and ownership in product. - If you are coming as a fresher , then great learning for an year.
Cons
- This is for Fluid especially, the B2B product of Pickyourtrail. - After an year , things will become repetitive. Learning halts or you reach a saturation point where the volume of work is high in given time and learning is minimal. - Unrealistic deadlines and unnecessary pressure, again you will notice this post your learning phase . - Not recommended for a senior developer or people coming from big orgs as you will not enjoy it here. - Expected to work or respond post working hours/weekends- became too annoying eventually. - I chose to write this because after leaving here and joining other orgs, the work culture and everything was so better that the experience here honestly felt very disappointing and left me with some trauma that i couldn't believe the good culture outside and was lowkey very paranoid.
