You can never expect work life balance. No sympathy from middle level management towards employees, it can be in terms of salary, career growth, employee's social life, no time or space for informal work space. Fatigue - you will start experiencing mental fatigue. Because of repeated work without much break in between will cause you fatigue soon. Due to this you will slowdown and will be forced to extend so that you complete your tasks for the day
