Horrible manager - Customer Experience Associate Pickyourtrail Employee Review

Insanely unhelpful and when you seek for help or tell he/she/they that the load is too much to handle; they will simply hit you with "is this too much for you " ( which is a work of 4 people and will give you 2 full-timers and 1 new joiner so, it's not just you are working on the task for training someone while you are working on a redundant task. They'd would never care if you stayed up late to complete work or take any initiative to give you with a over-time pay. So, as a manager do you not care about the people that work under you?
