Pros

None at all, lol. Maybe that he/she knows " stuffs " about tourism industry but what's the point if you are not transferring that knowledge or helping someone with it.

Cons

Insanely unhelpful and when you seek for help or tell he/she/they that the load is too much to handle; they will simply hit you with "is this too much for you " ( which is a work of 4 people and will give you 2 full-timers and 1 new joiner so, it's not just you are working on the task for training someone while you are working on a redundant task. They'd would never care if you stayed up late to complete work or take any initiative to give you with a over-time pay. So, as a manager do you not care about the people that work under you? Disgusting

Pros

The work environment was very nice , people were very friendly and helping in nature. the culture was very welcoming and can learn a lot while working.

Cons

At times work can get a bit hectic and pile up.
