There are genuinely no limits to what you can achieve because they recognise and reward hard workers. Like in all jobs, you will find those making the negative comments are usually those who should simply have accepted that they should have moved on !! I started as a rep with the company in 1991 and had a great 21 years with the company. I travelled the world, I earned a good living which allowed my family plenty of home comforts and I truly made some wonderful friends all over the world......oh and one more thing....if you are one of those who thinks Germans do not have a sense of humour then you couldn't be more wrong. Many of the friends I refer to are German :-). Thanks for the memories
