Pros
The company is friendly and understanding that employees are people. We are encouraged to not work outside of business hours and to take vacation days. The CEO makes personal trips to the US office and showrooms annually to check in and knows everyone on a first name basis. We have great benefits and a comfortable working environment where we know we are supported and appreciated. I have never felt more at ease in a workplace.
Cons
As with any company working with clientele, there are always a few issues that pop up where client tempers can run high. There is also the time difference in working with the main office and warehouse in France, which can be difficult sometimes if a situation requires a conversation that could wind up taking a few days instead of a few minutes/hours max if we were local.
