Pros

I will say that there are some really good people here. The employees are hard working, enjoyable people.

Cons

Everything else is a con. The upper level management are so full of themselves it's almost fascenating. All I can say is Prince Joe! Even when you look at their business model, every upper level management is "Vice" President of what ever their department is. Joe is the undisputed "President" of everything. Working here reminded me of what it was like to live in a fascists monarchy where Harold being the not so bad King, and Joe being the perfict stereotype for a second rate prince with a narcissistic ego problem. I have to say if your looking to take a job here, consider every other option first and then consider Wal-Mart. You will be extremely over worked, disgustingly under payed, lied to, and stepped on. At least at Wal-Mart, you know that from the start. So, even though this rating is totally subjective to the experience I had there, if your qualified to work for this place, you can get a job anywhere. Save yourself the heart ache and apply to a GC, or even Brickman. You'll be better off I promis you!

Pros

Working here has been an incredibly positive experience. The company culture is one of the best parts — supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely team-oriented. I’ve always felt valued and included, which isn’t something you find everywhere in this industry. The work-life balance is excellent, and leadership truly respects personal time. The team-building events are a huge highlight as well; they make it easy to connect with coworkers and build strong relationships across departments. One of the things I appreciate most is the room for growth. There are real opportunities to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and move forward in your career. The feedback from managers is consistent, constructive, and encouraging, which has helped me grow professionally. Overall, if you’re looking for a company in the landscape construction field that values its employees, invests in their development, and fosters a positive environment, I highly recommend it.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major to note — every company has areas to improve, but the positives here far outweigh the small challenges

Pros

My experience was a pro..

Cons

I was led to believe this experience would result in growth within the company however I was deceived. Human Resources would check on me every two weeks because they knew the business developer I would be assisting had a problem with a majority of the staff. I was scrutinized amongst my colleagues and even clients in sales meetings. Every day I went to work I was ready to be antagonized. The pay was not nearly worth the mental and emotional damage provided by said supervisor.
