Management is quite egoistic and refuses to take ownership of mistakes, oftentimes bullying staff into feeling bad for actions that they did not take or were told to take by the management itself. Management operates on a "bad strategy, no execution" basis, often resulting in unhappy customers and the staff having to appease these customers but nothing else can be done due to decisions bottlenecking on the management's end.
