• No hard time hours, get the job done, you're set. • No micromanaging. • Tech culture. • Family focused.

• Occasional late pay. • Occasional benefits issue. Though i do believe this is with our HR company.

They promote an entrepreneurial mindset, they make you want to come into work and are open and receiving of ideas from all of our team members. Everyone pulls their weight and gets their work done. They have programs for employees (like our flyaway program) and are always keeping everyone up to date and together.

I cant think of any cons yet. It's a small company, there's no issues between people or departments which is a huge deal.
