The people there are very nice and the general work environment is super chill and friendly.

Entry and mid level pay was poor even by video game industry standards (very close to minimum wage). I left after a year for another role for much better compensation, however one lead seemed to take me leaving poorly, despite bringing up the topic of pay multiple times.

Cool benefit package. Friendly environment and location.

Not trusting people can do their work.
