      Cons

      I didn’t find the games compelling. I didn’t enjoy the work itself most of the time, but that can just be how it goes with work sometimes. I only really had one issue of any consequence with one member of staff, a manager who I seemed to be confrontational, but overall relatively friendly folks. I had other issues but I don’t want to talk too much smack about the company as I did feel relatively well looked after.

      Pros

      The people there are very nice and the general work environment is super chill and friendly.

      Cons

      Entry and mid level pay was poor even by video game industry standards (very close to minimum wage). I left after a year for another role for much better compensation, however one lead seemed to take me leaving poorly, despite bringing up the topic of pay multiple times.
