Pros
It's cold in the building during summer. That's about it.
Cons
I have work there for seven years as a mechanic. I have seen some real nasty stuff. They from refused to give wages increase and currently pilgrims plant in Mayfield will not honor a raise that was given in the contract. They don't pay the environment is extremely bad. The turnover rate is extremely high I spoke to a corporate personnel who is responsible for training said the plant was over 90% turnover because of the poor working conditions. The people in charge supervisors superintendent maintenance managers very few have any formal education and most of them have learned on the job and don't know how to speak to people nor do they have the basic knowledge of chemistry or physics that would be needed when dealing with chemicals and moving equipment. I have found the leadership From the plant to corporate being extremely poor and refusing to listen to the employees work with the employees or clean up the nasty rotted checking that and the plant and the drains and on top of the equipment.
