Terrible place to work - Line Worker Pilgrim's Employee Review

The place is a mess. Very poorly run. If you are not Hispanic you might as well forget about a long term career. They will set people up if they don't like you. They will do dirty unethical things to run you out. The expectations are unreasonable and impossible to achieve. The management is like cartel mentality. It's a good pit stop until you find something else. They are hypocrites and terrible people in high up management positions. HR is a joke the Management runs them too. If you need a job long term I wouldn't suggest this company. Run as fast as you can.
