Employees are told to fake things during inspections, and the only reason this plant passes audits is because they stage it with extra people doing jobs they don’t even hold. It’s all for show. Food safety is a complete joke. Real issues are ignored or hidden. If you speak up, you’re targeted or blamed. The leadership doesn’t care about the workers, the product, or the truth — only appearances. It’s toxic, dangerous, and unethical from top to bottom.
