Pros

Pay decent, good health coverage

Cons

The management is hostile and plays favorites all the time. Expect to be falsely accused of something on a daily basis. They won't approve the leave you earned. Very abusive conditions. The floor is unsafe and violates state regulations so be very careful. You get no respect or commendation when you do your job well. The floor leads call people names and yell at them daily. If you want to be referred to as "honey" and never get time off, this is for you. One of the pharmacists actually killed herself here. That's how sad it is.

Pros

Remote work was the main reason I joined PillPack and it continuted to be mostly what I had hoped for. I also appreciated the thorough training and ongoing support as I engaged in my role as a CS Rep. The equipment and IT support was really nice and I really could not have asked for much more... that was always appreciated.

Cons

The thing that I still remember as a "Con" while working for PillPack was the constant "checking in" if my work was idle for more than 3 minutes or so. As a professional, I found this to be a nuisance and it made me feel like I was not being trustworthy. It was not like I was "mouse jiggling" or "quiet quitting"... sometimes you just need to go to the bathroom or get a snack... you know, doing "human things". I also would have appreciated better pay for the responsibilities and accountability, and AI support on some of the tasks that were tedious and time consuming. Final con would have to be the hours of work: I was "part time", but boy they put me on a 39.5 hour work week...if I'm working full time, I would want full time benefits. Otherwise, let me choose a real part time schedule with "up to 30 hours per week".
