      This company fully empowers its employees to win the business and move the needle. PTL believes and invest in its employees to be successful and have the tools support the team. Goals are reasonable and well thought out.

      Cons

      PTL is not perfect but we are working really hard to get there. Benefits don't start immediately when hired.

      Paychecks were on time and didn't bounce.

      Cons

      Horrible management with no oversight. Rampant favoritism, discrimination, and outright lies at the terminal level. Poorly maintained equipment. No cost of living increase in 4 years. Benefits were expensive and not very good.
