Cons
Again telling wherever you see a rating of 5 given by a developer is just fake and put by HR . 1. Managers think that they are supreme leader and they treat developer/ tester like a servant 2. You will be supposed to work on weekends. 3. Your deadline will always be x/2 4. From last 1 month , talking about my team, release is planned on every Friday and yes obviously we have been working on weekend , weekday ,day and night and no recognition from manager's side. 5. How can there be release every Friday and manager doesn't care about his team. During this corona virus many employees are mentally frustrated and pine labs will see lot of resignation after this lockdown ends. 6. Manager doesn't care about code standards and test cases before release and if something goes wrong then shout about test cases. If proper time will be given everything can be done.
