Pros

I joined Pink Plan just under two years ago as a photographer, mainly looking for stable work and the chance to improve my skills. What I didn’t expect was how quickly there would be opportunities to progress if you’re willing to take responsibility and put the effort in. From fairly early on, it became clear that the company rewards people who show initiative, not just those who “do their job”. I was given more responsibility as trust grew, and over time that naturally turned into a management role. The progression felt earned rather than forced, which made a big difference to my confidence. The pace can be fast and expectations are high, but that’s also why you learn so much. You’re exposed to lots of different parts of the business, not just your own role, and there’s a real sense that ideas and feedback are listened to. Senior management are very hands-on and genuinely care about improving the company and the people in it. It’s not a place to coast, but if you’re ambitious, want to develop quickly, and like being part of a growing business, Pink Plan is a great environment. I’ve learned more here in under two years than I have in much longer roles elsewhere.

Cons

Not much to point out. Maybe being a start up the communication and systems where a little confusing to begin with but the company has pushed past that.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Pink Plan. The entire team is so supportive, management communicates clearly, and expectations are well organised. I have felt both seen and heard, and feel honoured to work alongside so many other talented and hardworking professionals. The collaborative environment and willingness of colleagues to help each other create a respectful and productive workplace. The role has helped me develop my personal skills and progress over the past few years. Overall, I’d recommend Pink Plan to anyone looking for a creative environment with good people and opportunities to grow.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any significant downsides. Like any workplace there are occasionally busy periods, but the team works well together and management provides good support, so workloads remain manageable.
