Pros
I had fun. Its laid back as long as everyone is doing their job. The owner doesn't come everyday, but when she does come everyone is expected to be on it . She really doesn't bother you if you do your job and come to work. At first she seem mean but she really not, you have to know how to talk to her. If we had a concern she would follow through to see what could be done. Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas. They dont play about the kids. Sometimes the owner will send a message about something I think is not a big deal but I didnt take it personal. I did learn alot about ABA while working there.
BCBAs were nice and most of them were really good. We did weekly trainings.
Cons
At the time they were trying to get benefits. The drive was just far for me and I wanted a job I could work 40 hours per week. Think we got like 30 or 35 per week
