Pros
This is the first company I have worked at that I knew right away I wanted to grow in the company and pursue a career within the organization - essentially I felt at home right away. This is due to the family dynamic, amazing culture that allows you to branch out and develop your skill set in order to grow professionally into the role that is best suited for you. The benefits here are the best I have ever had which is very important if you have a family or are getting older. Also there is an amazing match program with the 401K. There are too many positives to list but I am very pleased with this company. As the old adage goes, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
Cons
In the past there were some inter department barriers but those have recently been diminished and I see that all of the different departments are starting to work collaboratively to ensure this company keeps growing and flourishing. I have a very positive outlook for the future of this company.
