Working here was a great experience for me. The people are fantastic, the environment is professional yet relaxed, the compensation is good, and management cares about their staff. Bonuses and raises are given on merit and rarely (maybe never) is a hard worker overlooked. Brad is a great guy.

The environment can be a little too relaxed sometimes, and people may begin to feel and act as if they're at home. It's also a bit of a small company so there's limited room for upward growth.
