      Pros

      From the day I started I was welcomed to the team with direct access and feedback from all levels of the company. Kevin Watson, the President and CEO has made me feel like a key part of the team and has provided me with ideas, positive feedback and support. That same approach extends throughout the team including Dino, who is the new VP of Operations. I am proud to be part of the team.

      Cons

      We are busy, growing rapidly and that has its challenges, but the team works together, and recent hires has added real talented people to the team!

      Pros

      My experience with Pinnacle has been great! I enjoy the work environment, the team, and how I'm challenged to learn new things every day. Assisting clients with technology needs has been a passion of mine and Kevin knows exactly how to bring out that passion. If you are looking for a job that appreciates your value, then Pinnacle is the place for you.

      Cons

      Jobs usually come with their downsides, but I haven't found one with Pinnacle yet. A few processes are still being established, but for a growing company that's normal.

      Learned a lot about project management and finance management

      Cons

      Disrespectful to employees Low pay, Very hard work Make you work a lot of overtime and not pay you
