      if you know nothing about this industry, can learn a bit of the business model.

      Cons

      horrible pay, comps, and a lot of micromanagement when upper mgnt ppl don't even really know what you're doing. Typical Chinese firm, more like a family office instead a HF

      Pros

      Have pretty successful funds (including both quantitatively managed and fundamental based), well diversified portfolio, and rigorous risk management policies.

      Cons

      Everyone is very busy in the company, some guys took responsibilities of several roles like IT and clearing. So maybe better to hire more people to make everyone specialize in one area.
