Pros
Pioneer made you feel like a valued person. Most employees were happy and worked together very well. I made a lot of wonderful friends in my 34 years at Pioneer. I feel I was left out when detasseler payroll was rewritten to work with SAP. But even then, a lot of the payroll folks thought I did a good job,
Cons
Supervisors didn't know how much I did and what I did but I feel that overall because of the direction Dupont wanted to take the company, my job description did not work any more. I just don't know if I could have stayed. I think they eliminated my position with out giving me a chance to try to fit in as a support person with another platform.
