It is clear that the current ownership (sultan of Brunei) and current senior management are in way over their heads. Company's future is tenuous at best. Canceling the jet development program and laying off 150 within a couple of weeks of hiring aggressively and touting it as the future of the company has shown that they have no credibility. The remaining engineers are leaving in droves. That is why they have job openings; to backfill the spots that are now open because people who are exposed to the day-to-day reality are fleeing as soon as they develop an alternative.
