Pros
-Not a lot of experience required. -Management is reasonable and direct with you - Jobs can vary greatly between sites and customers which is great for learning
Cons
- Schedule can be rough especially for those who are married or have kids -Outside of big projects, workload can be sparse and hours hard to come by. May need additional source of income during the slow months -No benefits (at time of my employment) -Lack of On-the-job training
