Pros

I’ve been working at Pirai Infotech Pvt Ltd for about 3 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. Pirai’s goal extends beyond just creating developers; it aims to develop humanity within each individual. The company has been operational for 7 years and has never had any layoffs, which is a testament to its stability. The benefits here are fantastic, including flexible working hours, health insurance, and engaging activities like Fun Fridays. We also enjoy yearly team tours, team outings, team lunches, and recognition programs such as Star of the Month and Employee of the Year, which comes with a substantial prize. The culture is incredibly friendly and inclusive. Technically, before joining Pirai, I had experience in Vanilla JS with basic knowledge of React.js. However, after joining, I had the opportunity to advance my skills in React.js, Angular.js, and Vue.js. I also developed expertise in team management, project planning, and resource analysis, which have been crucial in boosting my skill set. The company has provided numerous opportunities to express and enhance my technical skills, which has been a significant contributor to my growth. There are also great international opportunities. I had the chance to visit our Malaysia branch for two weeks to meet with a client, which was a valuable experience. Overall, Pirai Infotech is a great place to work, offering numerous opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Cons

Nothing specific to point out.

Pros

I have been working at Pirai Infotech for 3 years, starting my career as a Java backend developer and now serving as an AI/ML Lead. My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. Shortly after I began my career at Pirai, the company organized a competition called "Think-Develop-Execute," which challenged employees to showcase their innovative product ideas. I participated and worked on the my idea and UX design using Figma, even though I started as a backend developer. Winning the competition and receiving a MacBook as a prize was incredibly motivating and pushed me to the next level. This is just one example of how Pirai continually provides opportunities for employees to develop their skills and encourages growth. Within 1.4 years of joining, my dedication and skills led to an on-site opportunity in Ireland, where I gained valuable experience. After another 6 months, I expressed an interest in AI/ML, and Pirai gave me the chance to study and work on AI/ML projects. What started as a 2-person AI/ML team has now grown into a 9-person team, reflecting both the growth of the company and the opportunities it offers. Pirai Infotech recognizes talent and provides opportunities. For example, our AI/ML project work led to a client visit in Malaysia, demonstrating how the company rewards and encourages growth. In addition to professional development, Pirai also emphasizes personal well-being. The company organizes sports events, monthly walking challenges with prizes for winners, weekly cricket matches, and even eye camps for employees. Pirai Infotech genuinely supports its employees' growth, both professionally and personally.

Cons

My time at Pirai Infotech was generally positive, and I didn't have any major complaints.

Pros

The organization's culture is to approach work with fun and not take it as stress. I'd like to highlight some positive things that make Pirai a great place to work : ->Encouragement of innovative ideas by conducting competitions and recognizing all the proposed ideas, not only the winners'. ->Prioritizing work-life balance and making us comfortable with the situations ->Always maintaining the collaboration of the team by ensuring everyone is on the same page ->Arranging team lunches, events, and recreational outing plans twice a year makes us feel more integrated and people-friendly

Cons

Pirai is quick at adopting new technologies and hence we need to keep up with the pace as well. This requires self-drive and continuous learning - not a cons, just that you need to invest time and focus, so that you can also grow your own skills quickly with the pace. Rest assured, there is always guidance and mentorship from people with decades of experience, thanks to the team.
