Pros
I have seen many startups open and get shut down in no time, and many are also laying off employees as well. We can hardly compare Piron to such companies or call their work culture as start up. They have a beautiful office with good amenities.Leadership is hard working and the CEO himself puts in long work hours. A lot of global recognition is being received every now and then and many big names are interested to work with us. It is very sad to see sometimes reviews are written which are so false and damaging the image of a good organisation. Salaries are always paid on time on the last working day of the month.Never has the date been missed till now. People are being trained and treated well. They have many young employees as team leads. Hence talent and not age counts here.It is a young and innovative workplace. I have exposure of working with some of the mncs in the past and I can say that I am happy to be here.HR team is smart and know their job, people who don't understand HR often talk vaguely about them. Guys I would say online websites have given people with low demeanor also to start writing false things about any one or any company. My advice use your brain and not just some random review. I can assure you that it is a good place to work for.
Cons
Process improvement is required even by mncs and we should not forget that E&Y or Google also had some starting point and at that time they were not what they are today. Change and enhancement is an ongoing process and not one days activity.
