inexperienced and ineffective management especially in commercial opratioms leadership. Unless you are close to the headquarter and a part of their European gentlemen club you are doomed. The company has been financially struggling and they have recently laid some really good people off. HR is non-existent and completely useless. All they do is to write a bunch of processes and employee handbook that no one follows or they gather they entire company on random knowledge sharing meetings where 9 out of 10 times they are about topics that are irrelevant to half the people. There are lots of hierarchies across the organisation and big ego managers who hardly have any real contribution. Pitcher is a chaotic mess which at some point had a couple of visionary influential leaders who ran for their life.
