      Pros

      They have a great technology but a lot of work needs to be done to make it useful for new customers. The problem is that they aren’t up front about that.

      Cons

      A lot of changes within a short timeframe. They are PE backed and the PE group that owns them expect big results in an unrealistic timeframe. They don’t have enterprise experience and the CEO has taken over the sales team and micromanages every aspect of the sales funnel because of the pressure put on him.
