If you are really ambitious to overcome all the hardships, you might climb the hierarchical stair quickly, if it is fair or not- I don't know

Working for this company I felt that nothing from my previous expertise or experience ever mattered. Actually I was told from the beginning at the interview that I could be PHD or a graduate from a secondary school, it does not matter. That should have rung a bell and it did, but I overlooked it. The concept is "The last straw that broke the camel back". The management is just adding extra task continously on the daily list and they are hundreds-daily. Very diverse, some are nice. But the overtime is NEVER to be taken back, they do not give you the posibility, overtime just adds up to overtime. And some of the new tasks are absurd, just to ease their job so that they don't hire more staff, the principle is "One man does it all."

People around me are well-educated within their industry and have strong know-how. All my concerns were addressed, and I feel supported as an employee to do my job well, which brings peace of mind into my life.

Can’t really comment on cons yet, as I haven’t been here long enough. So far, everything seems fair and open for discussion.
