      In house training, great support network available, a company that listens to it's employees and is always looking for ways to improve and grow!

      Cons

      There is a whole lot to learn at the beginning, but we are always reminded that mistakes are learning opportunities!

      Flexibility, self scheduling, meet some cool kids and their families.

      Cons

      Lack of clear communication, uncoordinated management, bullying and harassment, poor wages unless working 12 or 24 hour shifts.
