Pros

Co-workers were thoughtful, caring and talented individuals who made the company what it was.

Cons

Negative owner that blamed others for her lack of abilities. Lied to clients about the state of the company and the capabilities it could perform leaving clients with poor results and disappointed employees. Owner cared more about looking successful and fitting in with the wealthy/elite executives of our clients than she did about her employees or the integrity employees would personally have on the line when she’d consistently over promise and under delivered.

We even bring our team members together in person from all over the country to help build a sense of community and strengthen two-way communication. These efforts are designed to encourage a strong company culture, where feedback is valued and used to drive continuous improvement. As for the legal concerns mentioned, I understand that issues such as non-compete agreements and intellectual property can be sensitive. I want to emphasize that any actions taken in this regard are always aimed at protecting the company’s interests and ensuring fair treatment for all involved. We take these matters seriously, and they are handled with care, in line with industry standards. Ultimately, my focus as the owner of Pivot Strategies is to create a positive, supportive work environment where both clients and employees are treated with respect and honesty. The leadership team is strong, there is a flexible work environment, I have the support I need from superiors to be effective and really like the team I work with.

Pros

Though we receive medical and dental benefits, that's all the company can offer. We were allowed to work remote, but with the manager calling for us basically almost every single time, we couldn't really enjoy working from home. But I'm thankful to find a few good people here who supports me.

Cons

A company full of narcissistic people especially in management and most of all, the CEO! Your faults will be emphasized and thrown to your face during meetings, you'll get the blame for everything even when the problem is the incompetent leadership! Also, management has no interest unpeople's progress, much more invest in their people! They see us as disposable because they can just easily replace us with younger, new graduates, who they pay below the industry average! Everyone here works out of fear, from being humiliated while being insulted and yelled at, and from the thinking that we might get fired just because the CEO said so!
