Pros
The work culture is modeled around a larger company style, with flexible hours, minimal management and very open collaborative office space. The staff is friendly and nice, lots of food.
Cons
No one seems to know what the other person should be doing there, lots of "passing the buck" going on and very little actual structure. The pay structure does not match the responsibilities and there is little to no room for advancement.
