Lack defined work boundaries, excessive workload (due to staff shortage).

If you are looking for work life balanace, this is a great place to work at. One of the best workplace culture, my colleagues have been working together for 10 years and they are like a family.

Personal opinion, it will get stagnant doing the same stuff.
