- Great co-workers. Everyone try to help each other... most likely trauma bonding - Interesting projects - Remote work so you can pretend to be happy while die on the inside and no one will know

- Horrible upper management - don't listen, lack of structure - Too much politics, not enough work done - No growth - They like to think hiring someone will resolve the issue instead of nurturing people within... but it rarely resolve any issue, but create additional bureaucracy that make things more difficult - Not long term solution driven. Like to bandaid things and pretend it does not exist any more
