Pros
Flexible schedule. Some developers are positive and friendly. Some developers are dedicated and committed to a goal. Good place for those who seek calm and warm swamps. Free English classes and self-development opportunities.
Cons
Miserable number of vacation days. Low salary with delays in payment. Lack of ground rules in the organization. 'No bureaucracy' really means chaos and firefighting with issues. Project manager role is in fact a low-powered coordinator role. Some developers are lazy and indifferent, and others are toxic. Lack of support from senior management.

We would like to clarify that our operations in Kharkiv have been suspended since the beginning of 2022. Therefore, we were unable to proceed with an employment process with defendant during that time.
