Pros
+ personal car is insured by the company. + some nice colleagues to work with. + sometimes you're offered some snacks, once a week or so.
Cons
- work-life balance very bad, due to the fact that you must work when business has activity. Probably fitted for a student working morning or evening only. - as a driver you HAD TO: carry drinks and boxes, make boxes, swipe floor, mop, wash dishes, PACK orders (good, drinks, ice creams etc). As a driver paid with minimum wage... that's a joke. You're hired as a driver and your car. Not as the guys in the kitchen paid better than I was. - with some occasions the local manager been VERY RUDE, swearing, screaming, all the time nervous, quite offensive and all together. All this creating a stressful environment. - payment... minimum national wage and 1£ for each delivery. Not bad, but not good at all. There are other places paying way batter. I've learnt that a bit later and moved away.
