Pros
I enjoyed the people I worked with for the most part. One of my managers was very nice and would let us take home pizza at the end of the day since it would be thrown out anyways. Very easy job. You do not need to know anything except you might want to have a little patience.
Cons
Management was a downside (except one manager). Managers and "favorite" employees were allowed to take smoke breaks anytime they pleased and there wasn't a time limit to how long they could be out. GM was VERY judgemental and definitely favored employees. Can be a high stress job if it gets really busy or the employees get behind. Disgusting & greasy. You come home smelling nasty & in dire need of a shower. At the store I used to work out the GM wouldn't always throw away the old dough so we would give customers dough & sauce that had been sitting in the fridge for 2 days. Not a job I would recommend unless your last resort. I also never heard of anyone getting a chance for a raise.
