Pros
It is a pretty easy job as a crew member and it is pretty fun to get to make pizza. All the other crew workers are easy to get along with.
Cons
Some of the managers/owners micromanage everything. Managers constantly ask to use as little product as possible even though it's the customer that asked for that much cheese/toppings (it's unlimited toppings). The always mess up on the schedule and give really short shifts (2-hour shifts). They constantly either ask people to stay past their scheduled time or leave really early, even if prep for the day isn't finished.
