Good people at operational level

Cons

Poor senior leadership team . Poor culture from senior leadership in people team . Culture and behaviours and attitudes are poor . Speak to operational staff poorly . Gossip and create poor working environments . Emails and messages sent from PLT border on bullying. PLT lack morals and empathy needed In role and display different behaviours to CPO than they do to operational staff .

Cons

The upper management will not advocate for you or stand up for you. Also benefits got slashed in 2024
