      Pros

      Company is an early stage growing startup which helps individuals to use and upgrade their skills in a challenging environment. Everyone is supportive and their are no hierarchy system among the team.

      Cons

      Like every startup management has high expectations from individuals, although they help us to set our own target and achieve them.

      Pros

      Flexible timings. Accommodation provided, no travel issues and peaceful locality. The founders seem to value your opinion giving you a feel of actually being part of the team. Short timelines, increasing productivity. The founder is an ambitious person, who knows how to get work done.

      Cons

      Stipend is below industry average, although I heard they have increased it recently.
