Thank you for your review and feedback, although we are disappointed to hear that you don’t feel that employees are valued. At PlanSource, abuse and intimidation will not be tolerated. We encourage you to reach out to a member of the Talent team to discuss your concerns. Regarding workload, the pandemic has created new challenges for our customers and for our employees that serve them. We encourage you to raise your specific concerns about the volume of work with your manager — or reach out to a member of the Talent team directly if you prefer. As we continue to work to support our customers and meet their evolving needs, we want all our employees to have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Like many companies, we recently had to make some extremely difficult decisions. These were not taken lightly and we did everything we could to take care of the impacted employees during their transition, including providing extended severance and medical insurance benefits. In closing, we respect your opinion, we want to address your specific concerns right away, and we encourage you to reach out to our Talent team because some of your comments imply that you may be misinformed in several areas and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss those with you.
