Thanks so much for your candid feedback. I can see how “the good old days” are desirable. Change can certainly be uncomfortable, especially the type of transformational change we’re leading at PlanSource to do the best for our employees and our customers. But change can also lead to opportunity, as we’re seeing here. So far in 2021 we’ve seen 20+ Customer Success employees promoted, with increases in both responsibility and compensation.
We need leaders at all levels in our organization who are excited to drive transformation, and for those that can rise to the challenge there will continue to be both current rewards and future growth, both within PlanSource and the broader Vista ecosystem. As a proof point, you can look not just at your peers in Customer Success who have been promoted but also at the broader PlanSource leadership team and see how many people are on their second or third Vista role, each with increasing levels of responsibility. We value performance and caring for our employees, and this leads to growth and success for everyone!
